Lamont Blackstone - G. L. Blackstone & Associates Lamont Blackstone is the principal of G. L. Blackstone & Associates, a commercial real estate consulting firm specializing in urban core markets. He is also one of the founding partners of DLC UrbanCore LLC, a development company which is targeting retail development and redevelopment opportunities in the eastern half of the United States. Lamont was formerly Chief Investment Officer of The Retail Initiative, Inc. (“TRI”), the nation’s first commercial real estate equity fund to target inner-city retail development opportunities. Mr. Blackstone has served as Co-Chairperson of the New York State Government Relations Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers, is a member of ICSC’s Environmental Subcommittee, and the Upper Manhattan Development Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York. Gary Curry Kerri Rogers consulting practice Public Private Partners, capitalizes on her 20 years of commercial real estate experience in representing and advising landlords, investors, government and non-profits in urban and economic development projects. Kerri began her career in New York in the mid 1980's as an Owners Representative for Silverstein Properties. In the early 1990's she began her public sector career as Director of Leasing for NYC and then as Vice President of the NYC Economic Development Corporation.
